Course Description:
NPE II builds on the curriculum from its prerequisite, NPE I. There are many different types of New Patient Experiences (NPEs) that happen at different times int he office. Creating a structure for each is a powerful way for your philosophy and culture to become entrenched with your team and your patients. From attracting and inviting the right patients into your practice, to establishing their own value for health, and then creating a structure that honors their freedom and intelligence, the NPE II is about creating health in all aspects of the practice and reaping the rewards. It is a true win-win for the doctor, team and patients as all move towards health, allowing the time to build purpose driven relationships with people who are demanding your highest offerings.
